Shipping policy

Orders recieved after the 23rd December 2025 will not be processed until the office reopens on Monday 5th January 2026.

Free Shipping

Our Free Shipping policy will only apply to the standard shipping method for orders over the value of £50 (Fifty pounds sterling).

Items ordered in the United Kingdom can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in the UK. We do not ship to Eire.

Delivery charge

For orders under the value of £50 that don't qualify for free shipping, there is a delivery charge dependent on the packaged weight.

  • £7 for under 10Kg
  • £20 for 10Kg and over

Standard delivery

  • Up to 5 working days for delivery on in-stock items, subject to payment clearance.
  • All orders placed after 3.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day.
  • Orders placed on a Public Holiday or over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday.
  • Someone must be available to take receipt of the goods during this period. A signature will be required.
  • Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.

 

Express delivery

We do not currently only express delivery.

Shipping address

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address.  If you need to cancel your order, you would need to contact our customer service team.  Please contact us to check to see if we are able to cancel your order. (Also refer to our Returns and Refunds policy).

Tracking your order

Once you place and order your will receive an confirmation email. When items are ready to be dispatched you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number and link. If the tracking information is not available within the time frames outlined below, please contact our customer service team via email for help.

Damage Claims:  Vision Engineering will not issue credit, or take responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged by the carrier. We will assist customers in any reasonable manner to establish damage claims with common carriers.

You are responsible for your shipment once it leaves our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for uninsured lost or damaged shipments.
